Did you know...
... that Cheryl Dunye's 1996 film The Watermelon Woman was the first feature film to be directed by a black lesbian?

I'm so glad I checked Wikipedia today.  It has inspired my dedicate my life's research into the first trans-Atlantic flight by an Icelandic child-molester with halitosis.
