They can be a bitch.
Is the nut on the top or bottom of the steering nuckle arm?
If it's on the bottom, you can put something solid under it and slowly lower jack until the full weight of the car is on it. If that doesn't do it, warm the nuckle with a torch, but not glowing hot - you don't wnat to un-temper it.

That makes it a bit harder.
Soak with PB blaster. Try putting something solid under the knuckle arm, lower the car to rest on it, then beat the hell out of it with a sledge. Then try adding a little heat to the knuckle, then beat the hell out of it again.
If that don't do it, you'll have to do it with a real heavy puller or a portable hydraulic press. A pneumatic hammer might do it.

I am going to have to go get a puller for this. I think harbor freight has a cheap one that might work. Thanks a ton guys!

be sure not to get a cheap one. It's hard to get them to latch on to the knuckle and stay centered on the rod in pin. It would help if you find one with the extra screw that keeps the legs a set distance apart.

I finally got it off. Blow torch and hitting the shit out of it with a sledge. Thanks guys!
