 AUTOCROSS this weekend |
 |
Hey this Sunday there is an autocross going on if anyone is interested. Its sunday late morning through the afternoon. In Henderson Stadium Parking lot. I believe the cost is 25 dollars and they will provide a helmet if you dont have one. I believe its at least 3-4 runs each depending on the number of people. If anyone else feels like going let me know. I think i am going to go.

Its the Porsche SCGA. Not sure if those are the right initials, but its something like that. A friend of mine is in the chair position there so he helps throw the events.

Thanks. That seems to be for Porshes alone. I knew of other local events. I am having a hard time searching with sites like google because they get blocked by the firewall.

Sorry, just went back and added the SCCA link.
Is anyone here involved (a member) of SCCA? Somebody should start a thread about getting into SCCA events, I know they require a license for most of their orginized events.

I think its only 25 bucks and any vehicle can go. Last time I went I had an Acura Integra and my buddy with a M5 went too. It was our first time and it was only 25. That included a membership too i believe. There were a good number of porsches there too, but there was also a few others types of vehicles there.
Isnt there a guy on this forum with a navy blue jetta VR6 that is supercharged. I have talked to him before, that was before i even knew about eurohoh (mainly because i didnt have a vdub). But he was there at the autocross last time i was there in my integra.

Well we need to go to the next one. Last time i was there I had a 2000 blue 4 door GSR Integra. Now i want to see how the GTI performs.
